How is Earlobe Repair Performed?
The procedure takes around 45–60 minutes, depending on complexity and whether one or both earlobes require repair. The area is cleaned, numbed with local anaesthetic, and the damaged tissue is carefully reshaped. The edges are then stitched together using fine non-dissolving sutures, and a small dressing is applied to protect the area.
Earlobe reduction surgery is performed under local anaesthetic and typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the degree of correction required and whether one or both earlobes are being treated.
